What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

Tesco approached Multiply after a review of their existing learning materials for managers revealed that they were hard to find, copy heavy, and weren't engaging the learner.

What was the Campaign Objective?

Multiply were asked to provide a managers toolkit to support them on a point of need and day to day basis. This toolkit was to deliver learning in easy to access, easy to use, bite-sized chunks, with a variety of different media to suit varied learning styles and meet the needs of the user.

What was the Solution?

A blended learning solution including; online eLearning, in the form of Interactive online learning units. Handy Hints, Instructional & Application, that are used at point of need, with key messages broken up into bite size chunks. Team 5's, a support pack for Personnel or Managers to use during Team 5's, this includes a variety of tools and exercises to cater for 1-2-1 and 1 to many. News Updates, regular Manager specific updates posted on a bulletin board within the Manager Zone and/or communicated via eNews, a Document Depository and Online Forum.

What were the Results?

The outcome was a comprehensive and engaging collection of resources for managers that were easily accessible and quickly and efficiently answered their management questions whilst introducing newcomers to 'The Tesco Way'.
